Forestar Group has delivered 14,240 residential lots during its fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, representing continued strong execution in the company's lot development business. Over the past five years, Forestar has invested more than $7.3 billion in land acquisition and development, delivering more than 75,000 finished lots to local, regional, and national homebuilders.
