Canadian land developer Walton Global has launched its third Builder Land Finance fund, seeking $250 million in capital from accredited investors. The fund will focus on lot banking transactions in high-growth U.S. corridors. Walton currently has more than 80,000 acres under management totaling $4.53 billion in value.
